Ingredients
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cups LACTAID® Fat Free Milk
Preparation
In a small saucepan, cook celery and onion in water for 10 minutes. Set aside. In a 2 1/2 quart saucepan, heat olive oil and whisk in flour, cooking until flour is absorbed. Add LACTAID® Fat Free Milk to flour mixture and cook, stirring constantly until thick. Add cooked celery and liquid. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
